    Hi Ale,
wow! Your website is a nice treat. I felt your passion as I read your blog and appreciated your keen insights. Two things I walked away with:

    1) The “artist is an entrepreneur”

This really hits home because I once did contract work helping artists write their bios for the internet. Indeed one of the common things that they all struggled with was presenting themselves as entrepreneurs. I had to show them not only how to express themselves as artists, but also how their creativity also makes them good at connecting with people. A great skill that any company or successful person needs.

    2) Telling your story through illustrations

I have studied fim and I love the way your illustrations remind me of storyboards. Nice work!

Awesome article!! Sharing your story is such a huge portion of an online business. People like to know they are dealing with a real human being instead of just a robotic site platform. I really like the way you break down the steps and touch on social media as well. That is truly a huge portion as well. Nobody will know who you are if you’re not social!

Good point about getting social. I would like to do away with social media but I agree with you that it is necessary to share on social media if you want a good online business. Thank you for telling me that I don’t have to be on every social outlet in the world!

I like your expression of being an entrepreneur as an artist. It’s true! That’s a good way to think of it and I will take that with me from now on.

Thanks for all your hard work!

    Mike Jay
